QSW - R&A - Up to £38K + RR

Nonstop Care has partnered with this South London Local Authority to provide qualified social workers for its Referral and Assessment team. They recently received a Good OFSTED rating with Outstanding leadership.

Working in a small cluster team of 5 social workers, you will be supervised by a Team Leader provide support and guidance for any issues you're having.

This permanent position starts with a two week protected induction program, and features bespoke training making this an excellent career development opportunity for a social worker looking to advance their career.

The right candidate can expect:

Up to £38,354 per annum. plus £1000 Golden Hello and a £1,500 annual retention supplement.Low caseloads, with infrequent duty to help you clear themDedicated time for reflective supervisionTo be in a Small Cluster team of five social workers supervised by a team managerA two week protected induction programmeEasy and regular access to the leadership

The right candidate must have:

4 years post qualified social worker experienceReferral and Assessment experienceA current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
