Job Details
My client is a fruit importer operating across Europe, who supplies fruit wholesalers and supermarkets
with fruits and vegetables from all continents!
In order to support the team, we are looking for more fruit and vegetables purchaser!
This position offers you independent working in an experienced and familiar team. In addition, you are offered training and development opportunities and you have the opportunity to design processes individually and creatively.
Your tasks are:
- Negotiating contracts with European food retailer of oversea fruit and vegetables
- Daily contact to the producers overseas and corresponding accessibility
- Negotiate quantities, prices and quality
You should bring along the following:
- Training in foreign trade
- Experience in international goods traffic and overseas import is desirable
- Language skills: German and English, Spanish desirable
- Working independently and in a structured manner
- Happy to travel regularly
- Buying and selling is not only your job, but also your passion
