Are you a professional in the agrochemical business with strong experience on sales/marketing/business development in plant protection products at international level and you want to work in an autonomous position where you will be the direct responsible for the business in Europe?

Look no further!! My client is a solid agrochemical company which specialises in crop protection and active ingredients for agricolture and is looking for successful Portfolio Manager to develop their business at international level. That means that you can work very autonomously and strategically and have great visibility in the sector.

The company has been growing constantly in the last years and joining them now in a completely new position will give you much chance to grow internally and bring the business to a whole new level outside of Italy.

Requirements:
_ At least 5 years of professional experience in the Plant Protection industry in Marketing/Sales Manager/Export Manager/Business Development manager position or similar at international level within Europe
- Agronomy background or similar (chemical/biology...)
_ Fluency in written and spoken English, Italian is not mandatory
_ Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
You will also have excellent communication skills.
