Production Manager - Join a Global Leader

I'm currently working with a global leader in the agrochemical sector who have continually gone from strength to strength through continues research and innovation. Unlike many of their competitors, their key production site for Active Ingredients sits in-house in Europe and they are now looking for a Chemical Process Engineer for a Management role in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior position within a market leader where you will be leading the process technology groups and analytical groups of their key manufacturing site which is responsible for the production of their new Active Ingredients. You will be part of the sites management team with budget responsibility in excess of €20 million and leading a department of over 130 people offering a highly challenging and diverse role with a lot of responsibility.

Key Requirements:

• An educational background within Process Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Around 7 to 15 years experience in a similar role
• Proven track record in product Lifecycle management
• Must have production transfer experience for specialty chemicals
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Ability to prioritise key projects
• Some experience within HSE/EHS and Quality
• A professional level of French
