Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join the University's Capital Projects Department which carries responsibility for the delivery of the University's building and infrastructure projects and programmes, providing a 'turnkey' service, from developing the initial brief, through the design, procurement and construction stages to the handover of a completed, fully functioning facility.

You will have experience of working with multi-disciplinary design teams, with technically complex procurement routes and will be able to safeguard the best interests of the University. You will possess excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.

You will be enthusiastic, calm under pressure, and have proven construction project management and contract administration skills. You will be comfortable communicating and negotiating at all levels and have the drive to deliver projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the brief.
