Senior Learning Designer - heart of London

Looking for an experienced Designer to support the design and delivery of all blended and digital/online learning solutions for my professional services client; this can be on the job, across time zones, anytime, anywhere and on all devices.

You will be responsible for project managing all incoming projects, including pipeline of work, and to lead on the design for all solutions. There is a management side to this role, you have a team of two Developers and an extended team of contractors, as required and when.

Key responsibilities and challenges:

• Design or supervise, where needed, the design of all projects.
• Oversee and project manage the pipeline based on projected capacity of the team.
• Provide expert advice and manage the design approach to all blended and digital learning solutions.
• Advise where learning technologies can also be combined with face to face training to deliver the best learning experience.
• Clearly manage expectations of the process so products are delivered on time to meet business need.
• Ability to defend design decisions using relevant theory and research and if needed, suggest alternative approaches which may fulfil the client's needs without impact to budget or time line.
• Responsible to ensure all digital learning products are loaded and tested in the LMS environment before release.

Desirable:

• Experience working for a professional services company.
• Able to demonstrate experience with leading edge design work.
• Gamification and mobile experience.
