My client is currently looking for a Customer Tech Support specialist to join their growing, reputed company. The organisation is a key industry player within the chemical sector, creating innovative products for the life science research, clinical diagnostic and digital biology market. They are also the market leader in blood disease and diabetes.

Being a Customer Tech support specialist within this company, you will have the responsibility to converse with a number of important clients regarding Haematology; to understand the technical aspects of the issues/subjects faced.

This means you will be able to have the freedom to apply your expertise for the problems faced, coming up with a strategy to help the client and managing the process throughout.

As this is a graduate/entry level position, on-site training will be involved to ensure the candidates knowledge and confidence within the industrial chemical sector develops. From this, there is a broad range of opportunities regarding career progression, being able to relocate internally.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting customers/clients with the products
* Taking care of complaints
* Manage and devise your own processes to help the customer
* Work alongside the Sales department to gain business opportunities

Requirements:
* Masters in either, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineer, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-engineering
* German fluent, good understanding of English. Dutch or French is a plus
