QSW - LAC/LCT - Up to 38K + Retention

This East London local authority is seeking qualified social workers to join its combined Looked After Children and Leaving Care service. This authority recently received a Good OFSTED rating with Outstanding leadership, making it a well led and organised place to work, less stressful than other less organised authorities.

The management and senior staff are mostly permanent resulting more stability and consistency in the delivery of service, creating more structure in your work and facilitating a very smooth transfer of cases between social workers.

Working in a practice support group POD led by an advanced practitioner, your caseload will also be shared by 3 other social workers. A leaving care coach will be on hand for support.

You will receive regular supervision from your line manager, and also receive training on Systemic Practice and Systemic Leadership making this permanent position ideal to gain the additional skills to increase your career prospects.
