Charity Project Worker - FGM & Harmful Practice

My Client is a highly regarded children's charity that is looking for a Project Worker in Bristol. The post is within that Charity's specialist service that works with girls and women who are at risk or who have been affected by FGM or other harmful practices linked with faith or religion.

As Project Worker, you will develop positive working relationships with the community organisations and religious leaders to provide a basis for activities to change community attitudes and beliefs in connection with harmful practices where FGM is more prevalent.

To be considered for this position you must have:

NVQ Social Care Qualification
Experience of applying safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
Experience of direct work with children, young people and families
