Salary: £57,000 - £70,000 (plus performance related bonuses and Car allowance)

My Client is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world and constantly at the forefront of new medicines. They are currently seeking a senior health economist ready to join their energetic team based in Bracknell.
This is exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company that works with a range of healthcare product, aiding development and commercialisation. As well as learning from industry leaders you'll also have the opportunity to broaden your network and get an established name on your CV.
Your key activities will include:
- Leads the development, review and refinement of UK/Ireland Market Access plans
- Recommends the optimal HTA strategy and leads all aspects of the HTA process for allocated products in UK/Ireland.
- Takes a prominent role in cross-functional Franchise teams and is a recognised authority
-Proactively produces and disseminates high quality materials that communicate the value of products to national, regional and local payers
- Ensures that relevant payer materials are used appropriately by the field team by disseminating with an integrated training approach, and cognisant of account management and local accounts and priorities.
- Timely and accurate delivery of horizon scanning information on pipeline
Requirements:
* MSc in Health Economics or equivalent discipline
* Practical experience of:
* Methods of economic evaluation
* The requirements and processes of HTA bodies including NICE and the SMC
* Knowledge of:
* UK and Ireland market access barriers
* Development of payer materials that can be used to support market access
* Able to work within cross functional teams
