Senior HR Technology Analyst - Leading Workday Implementation - Dublin

Do you have Workday configuration experience and looking to join an experienced HR Technology team?

Are you looking to expand your knowledge and lead exciting implementation projects like Workday Recruit?

If yes to any of the above then look no further. My client is a world wide, leading Clinical Research Organisation, employing approximately 14,500 employees across 80 offices in 38 countries and they are searching for an experienced Senior HR Technology Analyst to join their team.

This is the exciting opportunity to take the lead on configuration of complex technical solutions to enhance existing technology and lead new projects that support HR and the Business as they continue to grow.

Requirements:

  • 3- 4 years experience within a similar role.
  • Degree qualified preferably in Business / IT.
  • Workday implementation and configuration experience - if you had Workday Recruit implementation experience that would be great however not essential.
  • Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • A logical and analytical thinker - someone who can interpret business needs and bring fresh ideas to consider.
  • Forward-thinking communicator who can turn tech jargon into easily digestible information.
  • Experience in process flow mapping techniques and process improvement.

The role:

  • Working with the wider business to understand needs and processes, including related HR processes.
  • Ownership of design, configuration and implementation of functional area of expertise e.g. Recruitment, Talent Management, collaborating with HR to ensure these meet the global HR and Business needs
  • You will handle and arrange user acceptance testing, ad hoc testing and the process for post-implementation support to enable the delivery of required functionality.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing technology processes, functionality and work flow, and maximise technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.
