Due to constant growth of our business, we are looking for new colleagues to join us in NonStop Recruitment as an Administrative Support Specialist.

We are looking for a communicative, independent and reliable professional with excellent attention to detail, who would like to work in an international environment, and to be part of the ongoing company's success and growth on international level.

Business Support includes completing a varied set of tasks that range from Finance administration, Contract Generation, Internal and external Customer Service, Reporting and various other ad hoc activities based on the needs of the business. It is a cross functional role in which you will be able to learn and see the process interconnections and learn how the business actually works.

Work activity within the role will change from month to month as new activities are trained and then performed to provide you with a broad variety of work. These tasks can include and are not limited to:

* Contract generation
* Payroll
* Invoice creation and distribution
* Evidence of received payments, cash allocation
* Credit Control reminders
* Reconciliations
* Data entry
* Calling internal and external clients with various requests

You are our ideal candidate if you:
* Have 1-3 years experience in an administrative roles;
* Are fluent in English and Italian;
* You are comfortable with working in a fast paced, international environment;
* Have strong attention to detail and quality mind set, number literacy desired
* Ability to work towards deadlines
* Team player
* You hold valid working permit for EU or Czech Republic
