Your job as a Recruitment Consultant will be very sales driven. Part of your responsibilities will be to do B2B sales, attracting some of the biggest multinationals or newest start-ups on the market, as clients of our business. The second part will be B2C sales to potential candidates whom you want to motivate to join your clients' business.

How do you build those amazing salaries? With every successful candidate, you generate revenue within the business, out of which you get a direct percentage as a commission for yourself. Therefore, you will already have a competitive base salary, but how much you will increase it will be in your own hands! Top consultant within the business make as of their second year between 100,000-150,000EUR performance dependent!
