Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Service administration of assigned territory (SO orders processing, trade-in local purchase, transport and installation follow up, billing checking) for all kinds of orders via SAP/CRM quotation/Neotouch platform tools
  • Communicate with field team (sales/CAS/technician), marketing product managers, local logistic team and European logistic center (BV) to control all the checking points during the whole process
  • ISTO order processing and Service Contract Management process, follow up all actions and movement inside CRM service via the communication with field team and logistic department.
  • Customer Complains Management (RMA, Credit Memo, disputes etc) through the communication with field team, BU managers and finance.
  • Take in charge regularly SAP Client Data base clean-up and maintenance of assigned regions in cooperation with field team and finance
  • Cooperate with Tender Management Senior to implement and maintain the GPO/Tender information inside SAP through the cooperation with sales/marketing/technical/CS team.
  • Daily management of Platform SINOE (UGAP)/CHORUS for orders comments/disputes management etc.
  • Manage all transport issues/dispute under support of Mindray BV/France via escalation process
  • File up well all kinds of related document in paper and in digital version for external and internal audit
  • Participate to design the process and flow chart of customer service
  • Report to IT for any SAP/CRM tools issues as well as improvement suggestion
  • Interfaces with Operation Manager. Alerts to any problems, solicits guidance and maintains corporate information flow

Profil:

  • Minimum 3 years complex industry environment within customer service based role, familiarized with office tools (work, excel and PowerPoint), preferably with SAP and CRM service/CRM sales experiences with Medical Devices company advantageous
  • Good sense of customer service satisfaction as well as strong communication skills, along with a proactive sense of sales.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP is critical
  • Excellent sense of adaptation to fast -growing environment to confront the exciting challenges
  • Strong spirit of initiatives as well as exceptional capability of stress management
  • Good sense of efficiency and priority tasks management
  • Good in written English
