Job Details
Currently we are recruiting for an HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits incharge of the development, implementation and administration of Compensation & Benefit programs across EMEA region.
Location - Brussels region
As the company the is growing there are new exciting projects coming up across EMEA and as an HR Specialist for compensations and benefits you will play an extremely significant role in these upcoming projects across EMEA level.
Besides administering all Compensation & Benefits initiatives and processes you will be conducting the job evaluations using job description, market data and internal evaluation across EMEA.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing compensations and benefits programs in multiple countries i.e. ideally EMEA, experience limited to Western Europe could be considered as well. (Experience with covering just one or two countries will not be considered for this function)
- Familiarity with tax rules and regulations in EMEA countries
