EMEA Regulatory Coordinator - Broad responsibilities

My client is an independent subsidiary from a big chemical player. Due to replacement a position opened up in the regulatory team for an experienced candidate. You will be the main regulatory person dealing with all issues for the EMEA regions. In this role you will get a lot of support from external consultants, allowing you to move more towards a coordinating role where you have the end responsibility to assure compliance.

You will be in charge of following up with all REACH registrations (mainly updates for joint registrations). Most of this work has been handled before the REACH deadline, making you in charge to maintain this. Further you will be in charge of organising the whole SDS management process, deal with transport regulations and answer compliance questions where needed.

The company sells a unique raw material that's being used in a big variety of applications. This will give you again enough variation on daily basis, dealing with a broad spectrum of regulations.

To be successful:

• Science degree
• Good solid knowledge with REACH, SDS'es and CLP
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language
• Valid work permit
• Being able to commute to the Seneffe area or willing to relocate
