Care Worker - Therapeutic - Up to 25K

This South London based charity is seeking a therapeutic care worker. The ideal candidate is preferably male, but an experienced female candidate will also be considered. You must have experience dealing with children with challenging behaviour in a residential setting.

There is also a clear career progression to deputy team leader, and then team leader making this ideal for anyone looking to work their way up in an organisation. In fact, directors there started as therapeutic care workers themselves.
