Un sito produttore di sterili iniettabili in costante espansione (10% annuo) è attualmente alla ricerca di un Capoturno.
L'azienda lavora con prodotti sotto esclusivi standard FDA, pertanto aiutandovi a migliorare ulteriormente le vostre skills con le regulations più importanti del mondo. Al tempo stesso, data la dimensione modesta del sito avrete modo di interagire con le varie funzioni, facendovi imparare da tutti gli stakeholder dell'azienda.
Il ruolo vi vedrà lavorare su turni ma, data la forte crescita dell'azienda ci potrebbero essere future opportunità di crescita. Peraltro, riportando direttamente al Production Manager le possibilità di imparare sono ampie.
Per finire essendo l'azienda in Ticino i candidati, vivendo al confine, avrebbero la possibilità di ottenere un netto molto alto con un costo della vita contenuto.
