Transfer Agency Investor Onboarding Team Leader
For the TA - Investor "Onboarding Manager" role for a major WW consultancy, you will be responsible for directing team members within the Investment Team with the objective to satisfy clients regulators and comply with the legal procedures.
Deadlines are tight and for such a role over 5/8 years of TA experience with a Fund angle is necessary. Also, you possess 5 years of "aml/kyc" experience related to funds (AIFM would be a plus). You possess an extensive people management experience and you have a great management style.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting and covering the Director in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the TA
Aml/kyc onboarding process.
Be ahead of AML standards and be an internal advisor.
Be a cornerstone between risk, TA and ML matters at a management level.
Fully conversant with offshore and onshore AML/KYC rules and regulations.
Be in contact with key clients on a regular basis. Follow their requirements
Establish a network thanks to the knowledge and a client-oriented vision of the business.
Be part of industry initiatives in terms of Procedures / Regulations & Innovation.
Participate in the think-tank and be ahead of completion.
In addition, you will manage a team of Team Leaders that have associates underneath. Your capacity to create and maintain a strong team spirit is essential.
Liaise with other teams and maintain a great working atmosphere.
Be a Team Leader by identifying all your members' motivations and career aspiration.
