Job Tittle: Global Operations Services Project Manager
Location: Surrey
Job Type: 6 Month Contract
Day Rate: Based on Experience
The role:
- Create a program from all Meetings and Events initiatives in region
- Create and execute on projects road-map for all in scope projects
- Strong leadership of the projects
- Project and initiatives related requirements gathering and business analysis
- Prioritisation of key activities
- Liaising with all stakeholders concerning projects
- Provide regular and valuable communications on a regular basis to the wider Meetings and Events community in the region
- Manage issues concerning platform and steward them through to resolution in working with the markets and the COE
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- University degree or equivalent qualification. Ideally a Master's Degree in a role/industry relevant subject matter
- Commercial support particularly in Meetings and Events and/or Sales and Marketing services would be a distinct advantage.
- 10+ years of Pharmaceutical Project management experience
- Knowledge of Cvent/StarCite Meeting Planning System.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies would be desirable: Six Sigma, Lean, other
- Experience in leading and contributing in end to end projects in a cross functional environment is essential
- Experience in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of the value of change management
- Strong team player with experience in virtual working beneficial
- Ability to flex to ensure the possibility of some out of normal hours work due to regional role
