A growing but exciting Medical Devices company, who have cutting edge urology devices, is seeking a Sales Representative to be based in their region of Berlin. The role provides a brilliant opportunity for a hard working individual, and involves building strong relationships and providing customers with a high quality of service.

Company Overview

The company has launched their cutting edge imaging technology successfully targeting prostate cancer in the early stage. They officially released the product end of last year, and in the first few months received 70+ clinics asking to come and demonstrate it as it decreases the need for surgery and saves patients' lives.

They already have sales professionals in Germany who are passionate about their customer base and value them highly. The capital equipment way of selling requires a more strategic approach which results in long term solutions rather than quick wins.

Having a urology network is important requirement for this role. However, another big priority is a candidate's approach to consulting, questioning and understand needs of the customer and the market. Motivated, passionate and driven personalities are the ones that stand out in order to fit in with the culture offered by the company. There is possibility for a hard worker to earn a lot of money - good performance is rewarded well.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new sales opportunities
  • Conducting price negotiations
  • Managing new and existing customer relationships
  • Attending clinical procedures conducted by urologist
  • Presenting the company's products and services to new potential customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Medical Device sales experience - must have
  • Urology sales network (recent) - must have
  • Long term approach to sales rather than "quick win"
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Based in east Germany, willing to travel within the region
  • Highly driven and motivated approach to work
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Passion for technology
