Lab Computing Analyst/Belgium/Huge name in the Pharma industry

We are looking for Computer Analyst that will be responsible for the IT Lab Support at a client's facility.

Responsibilies:

* Build and maintain a working relationship with Lab Owners, IT Teams and Management.

* Document procedures, policies, troubleshooting and best practices.

* Coordinates and works with outside vendors, with preventative maintenance, requires 6 hours of process area presence, to include gowning.

* Listens actively and communicates promptly and effectively with users regarding IT issues. Provides timely follow-up.

* Maintain daily client communications

* Escalates IT issues that are not resolved via normal support channels. Acts as an interface between business and corporate IT teams

* Conduct instrument maintenance based on the client's SOPs

* Review and execute validated documents related to software and instrumentation in the environment

Minimum requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a min of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

-Experience in lab environment

-Understanding of lab practices, instruments and software

-Experience in a validated environment a plus
