Job Details

NIHR Dissemination Centre aims to put good research evidence at the heart of decision-making in the NHS, public health and social care. We do this by identifying the most relevant NIHR research findings and developing a range of accessible, engaging reviews, summaries and other outputs, aimed at particular health and social care audiences. Through our work we help make the most of the NIHR's investment of over £1 billion a year in world-class research, which saves lives and improves health and care.

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated administrator to run the day to day business of the centre, and to support some of our communications activities. This post requires the ability to work to short deadlines and to manage a workload independently.

You should be confident working in a busy office environment and dealing with competing deadlines, and be skilled in dealing with a range of customers and stakeholders. You will be involved in a wide variety of work, from planning events to supporting the production of some of our publications, as well as supporting some of our activity on social media.

This post is Full Time, Fixed Term until 31/03/2020.

We offer excellent benefits including generous holidays, flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to develop your career in a professional, friendly and pleasant working environment.
