I'm looking for a specialist in the field of procurement, who has experience with cells (human and animals) and is looking for a new opportunity in Berlin.

My customer has been the market leader for Life Science Services for almost 200 years! The Procurement team is responsible for working cost-effectively and is looking for a new employee in Berlin to further support their team.

This specialist is responsible for procurement, the negotiation and implementation of (new) contracts and the maintenance of supplier relations.

Tasks:

• Understand the procurement markets to ensure effective procurement processes
• Analysis of supplier proposals and offers
• Support in maintaining important supplier relationships
• Proposals to improve sourcing policies and processes
• Implementation of an improved procurement strategy

Skills:

• Fluent in English and German
• Degree in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical procurement
• Knowledge of contract law
• Analytic and complex way of thinking
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany
