Head of Facilities- Biopharma site

I am currently recruiting for a senior level candidate who can be the figurehead for the facilities, maintenance and IT systems across a highly regulated Biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. This is a pivotal role, where you will be responsible for all the facilities and ensuring everything is validated, calibrated, maintained and operated in line with SOPS.

This is a position based in the Netherlands, although only English will be required. In addition, those relocating can be considered alongside local candidates.

As this is an important role in the organisation, you should have a high level of experience and leadership in relation to facilities, maintenance and engineering, ideally within a Biopharmaceutical site. Due to the nature of the role, a background in leading preventative maintenance across a site will be important, including facilities and equipment. Ideally you should have worked on a similar site (cell therapy), although GMP experience is important for this position.
