Internationally renowned Medical Devices company, who have cutting edge point of care imagine technology, is seeking a Sales Representative to be based in their region of Bavaria. The role provides a brilliant opportunity for a hard working individual, and involves building strong relationships and providing customers with a high quality of service.
Company Overview
The company has launched their cutting edge imaging technology that doctors can carry in their hands (small ultrasounds with high tech imaging). They have an established sales force, and the reason why the role is open in Bavaria - the line manager got promoted!
This means that you will come to the region (Bavaria) that has established account and will allow you to sell and make commission from day one. Also, as the previous sales professional got promoted, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop professionally within international market leading company.
Having capital device sale experience is important requirement for this role. However, another big priority is a candidate's approach to consulting, questioning and understand needs of the customer and the market. Motivated, passionate and driven personalities are the ones that stand out in order to fit in with the culture offered by the company. There is possibility for a hard worker to earn a lot of money - good performance is rewarded well.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new sales opportunities
- Conducting price negotiations
- Managing new and existing customer relationships
- Attending clinical procedures conducted by urologist
- Presenting the company's products and services to new potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Medical Device sales experience - must have
- Capital medical device background - must have
- Long term approach to sales rather than "quick win"
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in south Germany, willing to travel within the Bavarian region
- Highly driven and motivated approach to work
- Fluent in German and English
- Passion for technology
