Are you a well organised and adaptable individual with a strong customer orientation?
Do you want to help our team to deliver and develop an exceptional Service supporting student education?
These roles have an administrative and customer service focus, delivering a flexible, effective and efficient support service to students and to teaching staff. You will support student education processes, delivering and improving administrative processes to enable students to navigate through their journey and to succeed.
You will be based in the Language Centre with a focus on timetabling, student records and programme support. In addition to timetabling, your duties will include organising and co-ordinating module enrolment, student registration and attendance monitoring. You will also have responsibility for supporting individual students, signposting them to professional services as required.
With an interest in, and passion for, supporting student education, you will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, enabling you to adapt priorities to meet deadlines as required. In addition you will have a flexible approach, including the ability to identify and suggest improvements to the service provided.
