Assistant Team Manager - Developing Children Services

NonStop's client is looking Assistant Team Manager for their Child Protection team. The main focus for the service is to drive forward the focus on achieving stability for our children in need. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social work manager who can take this development to the next level and be at the forefront of launching a new operational model.

This is an improving Authority, you will you to join a well established service with positive reviews from its staff. There is a great team at the safeguarding team that enjoys working together, as their place a high regard on teamwork. You would be joining a positive chorus of people who enjoy their jobs.

What would make you stand out:

  • Management Skills
  • Experience of mentoring Social Workers
  • Ability to lead and drive the service forward
  • Experience within Intake and Safeguarding

As a Qualified Social Worker you will be joining a stable team, where you will receive constant supervision from a supportive management team. In turn this authority will aide your professional development, helping you in the progression of your career every step of the way.
