An internationally recognised medical device company with a strong presence within the Swiss market require a Hospital Sales Manager to develop 2 of their existing business units and manage the sales of the team across Switzerland.

As a Hospital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding sales across Switzerland and maintaining strong connections with KOL's and customers within the hospital network. You will take responsibility for managing a small team of strong sales professionals and will be tasked with developing and motivated them to ensure they achieve the highest possible sales results. You will also be tasked with working closely with other Marketing and Sales leads to ensure business goals are aligned, putting you in a strong position to make decisions and see a real impact on your work.

This successful medical device company are currently expanding their marketing and sales team in order to develop their presence within the Swiss medical device market and are actively seeking sales professionals who bring the management understanding and ability to drive sales on a local level.


Key Requirements for this Hospital Sales Manager position include:

  • At least 5 years of medical device sales experience
  • At least 2 years of experience at management level
  • A proven understanding of the hospital network in Switzerland
  • Fluency in German and French with strong English skills
  • Candidates can be based anywhere in Switzerland but preference will go to those based close to Lucerne.
