NonStop are currently working with a Local Authority near Buckinghamshire, where over 85% of the children and family team are permanent. Offering training and development as they look to retain and support their staff, which will give you the chance to learn from your colleagues and management as they look to develop and promote staff. This allows the opportunity for you to continue your career progression.
As a Senior Social Work Practitioner you will be joining the Corporate Parenting service. Using the Family Support Approach involves getting alongside the family, understanding the situation from their perspective and helping them to identify the key issues which lead to children's needs being compromised.

- Salary up to £37,000 per annum for Social Workers
- Salary up to £41,000 per annum for Senior Practitioners
