Maintenance Manager, Rastatt, Contract/ Freelancer

MAINTENANCE MANAGER, RASTATT AREA, RAPIDLY GROWING AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY.

ON AN INTERIM BASIS!

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager in Baden - Wuttenberg s well established Automotive manufacturing facility.

The company has been growing at an impressive pace for the last few years and is now looking to hire Maintenance Manager that will be critical in their future success. Managing a team of up to 6 people you will be in a hands on position with plenty of challenges but also plenty of rewards.

This job will report into the Plant Manager and the Group Plant Manager. Important in this case is to have a German native speaker or at least extremely fluent German and fluent in English.

The function will be executed in line with the directives and describes processes (application of the management process cards) in the management system manual and owns the process turtle (described in the company manual) linked to the function.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the technical and production availability of assembly process of ready-made TWA´s
• Secures the availability of production line (reduce trouble shooting, best quality, optimal amount, etc.)
• Carries out actions in case of deviation (repair, maintenance, programming, etc.)
• Maintains the plant process in terms of availability and reduction of downtime

Requirements:

• 3 years as a technician in production company

• Comprehensive understanding of Tire-Wheel assembly
• Pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanic and industrial process measurement and control
• Ready for shift-work
• SPS-knowledge
• MS-Office skills
• Good in English, German native or equivalent

• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable IATF principles
