Electromechanical Engineer - Automotive Leader - Stuttgart

NonStop Technical is working with a top automotive parts manufacturer with global coverage. The firm has a facility in Stuttgart area in Germany and is looking to add an Electro-mechanical Liaison Engineer.

You will be joining an elite automotive organisation (Top 10 Parts Manufacturer) which is working with Daimler, BMW, VW Group in Germany, and many other OEMs on a global level. This is a great chance to work with some exciting products and learn from some of the leading experts in the field. The role is based in Stuttgart, thus giving you the chance to be in the heart of the automotive industry. In this position you will:

• Collect information about the products from Engineering HQ
• Collect client's future needs and requirements and feedback to Engineering HQ
• Make requests of development of new functional structure to Engineering HQ if necessary
• Make proposals and agreements with clients which will be followed up by a request for prototype drawings from Engineering HQ
• Order prototypes which are manufactured in Europe
• Follow up on the client's evaluation of the prototype
• Make a proposal based on the feedback and the conducted technical feasibility study
• Make and issue production drawings which are to be approved by the client
• Conduct product training sessions for the sales force

Your profile:

• Engineering Degree
• Fluent German and English
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs (preferrably electro-mechanical systems)
• Good communication skills
• Deadline oriented
