Help Improve Practice

A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their fostering service as an Auditor

Highlights

  • Non Case holding post and not client facing
  • Will be working specifically with the Fostering service
  • Work closely with the senior management team to help improve practice
  • The information you share with the senior management team will help shape the future of the service
  • The Local Authority is currently going through an improvement journey making this post ideal for those candidates who are keen to make a difference
  • As this is a non client facing role there is more flexibility and you will have the opportunity to manage your own diary. There will also be opportunities to work from home

    • This is an excellent assignment for an experienced manager with an Auditing background. You will have the opportunity to use your expereience to help develop the service and improve the level of practice specifically within Fostering. You will be give autonomy to manage your own diary also meaning that you will benefit from flexibility as to whether you work from home or be office based, which enables a healthier work life balance

    To be considered for this post you should have previously held a position of Team Manager or higher and have worked as an Auditor
