Job Details
We are looking for passionate people to help design and deliver the next generation of Higher Education website content as part of the OneWeb team at the University of Southampton. The ideal Delivery Manager (or Scrum Master) will ensure delivery stays true to user needs while maintaining fast pace and managing tasks according to agile governance principles.
They will be able to maintain great relationships with stakeholders, and able to work with competing priorities and a range of people to bring a project to fruition. This role involves working in a multidisciplinary environment, encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement of the delivery team, while keeping motivation, collaboration and focus levels high.
