Activities:

The Technical Training Fellow will organize and assist in several activities of research laboratory that are fundamental to the execution of the project.
Among the main activities are:
  • Care and treatment of animals;
  • Preparation of different diets;
  • Performance of experimental procedures such as cell and tissue collection, and analysis of biochemical and hematological parameters;
  • Organization and assistance in several experiments, especially those related to molecular biology, such as Western blot and gene expression analysis;
  • Experimental procedures related to cytokine quantification by ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay);
  • Support in the organization, analysis and presentation of results, as well as in the management of data related to molecular biology, ELISA and miRNAs.


Requirements:
  • Graduates in Health courses;
  • No employment relationship;
  • Dedication of at least 30 hours per week.
  • Value of the scholarship: R $ 1,228.40
