Job Details

A speciality pharmaceutical company who focuses on commercialising pharmaceutical products globally is growing continuously and is therefore searching for an (Associate) Director Regulatory Affairs. This person will be based in a newly opened office which will give more freedom to act independently but also to build and grow that department. In a growing environment, you will see more valuable results of your work.

You will be responsible for as well the operational regulatory activities as well as preparing and implementing regulatory strategies. You will not have a team to lead from the beginning but there is the possibility to recruit your own team in the future. On the other hand, you will work closely together with cross-functional teams in the Head Quarter in Switzerland.

Profile:

  • Master Degree in Life Sciences
  • More than 10 years experience in Regulatory Affairs for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with EU submissions and regulations is a must
  • Experience with FDA is a plus
  • Leadership capabilities and track record
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Fluent level of English

The company has been very successful with their broad product range so you will deal with multiple approvals and variations, not really the company where you will get bored.
