Job Details
The Finance & HR Systems Team would like to invite applicants to apply for the role of Finance and HR Systems Support Assistant within our Support function.
The post holder will be working within a team of System Support Advisers and Support Assistants providing first line support; identifying issues, solving problems and providing guidance to staff, students and external customers on all Finance & HR Systems.
This is a new and exciting opportunity for the placeholder to use their customer service skills as well as the opportunity to investigate and resolve queries.
The successful post holder will develop knowledge and understanding of the University's Finance and HR systems, these systems will include our new Finance, HR and Payroll system MyERP (Unit4 Business World ERP solution/Agresso), eRecruit, SITS/SAM, MyReview, WPM's Online Shop.
An aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to work as part of a team are fundamental to the role. As well as having excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly via email, telephone and face-to-face are also essential.
