Supervising Social Worker - 'Good' Fostering Agency
My Client, a small stable Fostering Agency in South London, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team permanently.
As Supervising Social Worker you will supervise a small pool of Foster Carers who are based in the South London Area. You will be involved in recruiting, training and supporting a small pool of foster carers in the South London area.
The agency recently received 'Good' in their recent OFSTED inspection, meaning that if successful you will be joining a well run organisation that delivers a high level of support and care to their carers and young people in placement. As the agency makes plans for growth there will be opportunities to progress in time to a more senior level.
