Senior Regulatory Specialist - Biocide

It is not too often we have opportunities for biocide professionals within the healthcare sector, especially where there is a parent company within speciality chemicals and sustainability. This unique opportunity provides a chance to have a diverse product portfolio, certainly if you are coming from the consumer products sector, a chance to be exposed to a different industry and regulations.

Our client seeks a strong Chemist or Microbiologist with a biocides and biocidal regulation background. The position is a mixture of compliance and registrations therefore hands on in both areas would be ideal. You will be responsible for product labelling, advocacy work where needed and confidence to work in direct contact with the regulatory authorities.

The position has scope for growth in what is a time of expansion for our client. You will be expected to work closely with the regulatory directors in a fast paced environment. This comes with autonomy and working independently. Support is provided with this position

Qualifications and Experience

Educated to degree level in a science related subjected such as Chemistry, Toxicology or microbiology.

A proven regulatory background within biocides - ideally registrations but compliance's accepted.

Knowledge of other regulations such as REACH, CLP but this is not a core requirement. Biocides is a must.
