Team Manager - CP, LAC, R&A - Up to £46,022 per annum + RR





Following a Good OFSTED with Outstanding Leadership, this well-led South London Local Authority is seeking Child Protection, Looked After Children and Referral and Assessment Team Managers for its social work teams.





This is a well-resourced authority, allowing access to several statutory services to help you with your caseloads, which you'll be distributing to a small cluster team of 5 social workers.





These roles begin with a two week protected induction program, and feature bespoke training and support making them excellent career development opportunities for Team Managers looking to advance their careers. In fact, senior members of staff are accessible and regular one-to-ones are held with your line manager so you can receive support with any issues you're having at work.





Caseloads are kept low, among the lowest in the country, so you're not overwhelmed and can implement the highest standards of practice. This authority allows for flexible working, to allow you to pick your start and end time within core hours, allowing you to fit your work hours around other commitments.

The right candidate must have:

    4 years post qualified social worker experienceExtensive CP, LAC, or R&A experienceExperience managing social workersA current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
