As a Teaching and Research Fellow in Water, Public Health and Environmental Engineering at Leeds, you will be part of a world-leading Research Group responsible for delivering exceptional student experience at undergraduate and graduate level, as well as cutting edge research activities in the Global South.

We are particularly looking for highly motivated applicants with ability to further develop their skills on student supervision (undergraduate final-year projects and MSc dissertations), research-led teaching in water, public health and environmental engineering (undergraduate and MSc modules) and multi-disciplinary research (supporting PhD supervision and on-going research projects).

You will have a PhD (or have submitted your thesis and undergone the oral examination, and will submit the final thesis before taking up the role) in Water/Wastewater Engineering, Public Health Engineering or Environmental Engineering, or a closely allied discipline. You will also have a strong background in Water, Sanitation and Public Health Engineering in developing countries, and a well-recognised ability to organise and deliver lectures in Water, Public Health and Environmental Engineering.
