Head of Country Registrations - Develop a Team

I'm currently working with on of the worlds largest generics powerhouses that are geering up to become one of the worlds powerhouses in the Genercs market. As their regulatory team continues to grow, they are now looking for a Country Registrations professional to step into a leader ship role and manage the registrations team in France.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company going through a significant period of change that is opening the doors to an exciting future as one of the worlds largest players in the Crop Protection market. To help help bring synergy into the business, they are looking for an experience Country Registration Manager with some experience in people management. You will take over the team of 4 registration/homologation professionals where you will be instrumental in developing registrations strategies for the business. This will not only allow you to help younger team members develop, grow and succeed, but additionally you have a measurable impact on the business from a revenue perspective offering a lot of responsibility through dynamic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager the country registrations team for France through setting goals and objectives
  • Provide training, development and mentorship to more junior team members
  • Develop registrations strategies in France in coordination with EU Regulatory Team
  • Work closely with National Authorities in France
  • Communicate with other Regional and Zonal registration teams
  • Work closely with both Sales and Marketing Teams within the business
  • Anticipate changes to regulatory requirements for approval of PPPs and other products

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working within Country/National Registrations in France
  • Strong regulatory knowledge within EU Regulation 1107/2209
  • Additional experience within REACh, CLP Compliance and Biocides Registration
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Previous experience within a leadership position would be Ideal
  • A professional capacity in English and French
