Embedded Security Consultant - fast growth Munich
Embedded Security Consultant required to join a start-up within a long existing German organisation with location in the heart of Munich. The role offers an attractive package, with great potential to grow into a managerial role quickly.
Key skills and background
- Degree in computer science or similar
- multiple years of relevant professional experience in the embedded field
- (embedded development / security / hardware)
- Strong knowledge and experience with embedded systems (components, bus communication, ...)
- Good experience with security analyses (e.g. STRIDE, IEC 62443, HAEVENS)
- Knowledge of cryptographic processes and their implementation
- Consulting skills (customer and service orientation / product)
- Good German and/or English language skills (written and spoken)
About the role
- You will carry out security risk and threat analyses of embedded systems
- You will show our customers areas for action and measures to increase
their security level
- You will track and analyse current attacks and security incidents and give the team new insights
- You will adapt existing methodologies, such as STRIDE, IEC 62443 and HAEVENS, to the requirements and wishes of the customers
- You will further develop the skills of the team on a methodical and professional level
- You will instruct a team from a technical point of view
- You will assist in bid and sales activities
