Social Worker - Career progression
Salary up to £38,500 per annum plus £2,000 retention
NonStop Care is recruiting for a few permanent Social Workers for a Local Authority in the South of London. They have a very good training program, which will allow you to progress your career. The manager will put together a development plan for you and every two weeks, that is reviewed in order to make sure you are developing.
Their Child Protection Team has a small caseload. You will have the time to focus on each case and to finish work on time, so you will have a good work - life balance.
