Job Details
The laboratory is conducting research in the fields of mountain building processes, geochronology, rock petrogenesis, basins evolution, rates of geological processes, reconstruction of paleoenviroment or geoarcheology.
The successful applicant will join research program conducted in the Geochronology and Isotope Geochemistry Research Group and will also participate in maintaining laboratory facilities.
The candidates should have MSc. or Ph.D degree in Earth Sciences or Inorganic Analytical Chemistry. Strong interest in mass spectrometry and laser ablation techniques is expected. The candidates should be fluent in using computers and basic software, should have good knowledge of English in speaking writing and possess good communication skills. Knowledge of informatics and programming will be treated as additional assets of an applicant.
