Student engagement is at the heart of everything we do at Southampton and this post plays a key role in delivering the student engagement elements of our strategy. The post is responsible for the continuous development of key communications channels and rich content for students that represents the diverse nature of our community. The role will also be responsible for strategic planning around key student experience pillars such as Welcome, student surveys and exams.

We are looking for a colleague with excellent communications skills who is able to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. Our ideal candidate would have significant experience of delivering student communications in a large organisation and a passion for representing the student voice.
