I am currently working with a company showing signs of dominating the Snacks Market in Europe. Within 30 years the company has taken to become one of the key innovators amongst its competitors, such as introducing the first zero sugar meat snacks to the market. They are currently looking to propel this growth to build new products and research new developments. For this, they require a Bakery Technologist.

The Bakery Technologist will be looking to develop new product concepts, bringing their own expertise and knowledge to the table to create market dominating products; handling the process from the very start to the actual launch. Making sure that the products stand out from the crowd, to make sure its qualities give it that competitive edge. This would be making you a fundamental player within the company - a great opportunity to establish your own reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating new product concepts and seeing the projects to the actual launch (NPD)
• Create project timelines whilst maintaining the schedule you create
• Acting as technical interface to clients, co-packing as well as to Marketing
• Making sure that the products ingredients match the nutritional profile as well as legal requirements
• Working external suppliers

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in Food technology, product safety, product quality, packaging and processes
• Industrial bakery experience - must show understanding of technical knowledge with the Bakery industry
• Fluent in German and English
