Private Banker - Team Mexico - No book required

I am currently working with a Global Private Bank that is expanding their Mexican division. As they are growing they are seeking a Senior Private Banker to join the team and acquire new clients in Mexico.

This will be a pure hunter position where you will focus on the Mexican market. My client does not require you to bring with you a book of clients but needs someone that has a proven track record of building up a client portfolio. It does not necessarily have to be within Mexican market but having some knowledge and network in LATAM or Mexico will be advantageous.

The Role

• You will be responsible for a proactive approach in developing existing relationships and acquiring new clients resident in Mexico
• Analyse various investment opportunities in order to establish and maintain High Net Worth client relationships.
• Works closely with Private Wealth, Products and Compliance areas to develop sales strategies for target clients and markets
• Proactive review of external and internal environment and identification of issues or concerns related to potential gaps in existing processes, procedures, policies, frameworks, etc.

Desired Profile

• University degree in economics or equivalent experience in Private Banking.
• 7+ years experience in Private Banking
• Excellent knowledge of Mexican market
• Strong Sales skills
• Fluent English and Spanish
