Emotional Health and Well-being of Looked After Children
A Local Authority which is based in the South West has created an exciting new position which focuses on working with Looked After Children who may have been traumatised
Highlights:
This is an exciting new role which looks to work with a specific service user group to help provide a very therapeutic approach to their needs. You will be based in a multi disciplinary team which focus on working with those children who may have gone through a traumatic event which has left a lasting impact on their emotional well-being and health.
You will be using a range of therapeutic approaches in order to connect with and help support the service user to overcome their trauma and develop a strong foundation on for good emotional well-being and health.
To be considered for this post you should have experience of working with Looked After Children. You will also have a good understanding of Trauma and Attachment.
