Job Details

Supported by the Froebel Trust and the University's Impact Acceleration Award, this 12-month project will continue to embed the Digital Stories in everyday practice at Aviary Nursery and also work with new nursery settings to extend the approach. The successful applicant will be expected to have relevant knowledge and experience of inclusive educational environments, especially with regard to the needs of autistic children. We anticipate that this post will appeal to someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, who is also confident in using digital technology and who may be seeking to build their experiences for a career in education / psychology research and / or practice. Building trusting relationships with community partners is an essential part of the role.

The successful candidate will have to undergo a DBS check.

Applications for Research Fellow positions will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon successful completion of the PhD. Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
